Just a short skip from the airport, the staff were super friendly, and my room was clean and comfy. The shuttle drivers were awesome, especially in the morning. A bummer was the breakfast area-ants and a cockroach had me a bit freaked out. You'd think for $184 a night, things would be cleaner!

Convenient location near the airport. The rooms are new, spacious, and comfortable. The staff? Exceptional. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond-especially during my mother's asthma attack. They even held my luggage during my Florida trip. the shuttle service fell short. Incredibly frustrating delays left me stranded in the cold for almost an hour. Maintenance needs attention; issues like a faulty toilet and an out-of-order elevator were noticeable. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Despite the setbacks, the staff's diligence in reuniting me with my lost earrings truly impressed me. If they can improve the shuttle efficiency and maintenance, this could be a stellar place. Thank you for the support!

Let's start with the positives - the room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and we had a good night's sleep. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room nice and cool, which was a relief after a long day of traveling. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from. I appreciated the availability of baby cribs upon request, which made our stay with the little one much easier. On the downside, there were a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired - there were dust balls around, and the tub didn't seem to have been cleaned thoroughly. The water pressure in the shower was disappointingly low, making it challenging to rinse off properly. the ironing facilities were not up to standard, and we struggled to get our clothes wrinkle-free. One major inconvenience was the lack of clear information about the $20 parking fee, which was not listed in the hotel details. This unexpected charge was a bit frustrating. the shuttle service to the airport was not as efficient as we had hoped. We had to wait almost 45 minutes for the shuttle, while other hotel shuttles seemed to be running more frequently. This delay was particularly frustrating as we were on a tight schedule during our short stopover. Despite these issues, the staff members we interacted with, like Raphael, Toana, and Cregg, went above and beyond to assist us. the hampton inn near the airport is super clean and so close to the airport - made it easy for our short stay. got a bottle from the staff for our anniversary - they were so sweet! also, the breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.
